Provides office and administrative support for Liquid Waste supervision, including data entry, filing systems, calendar management, subcontractor records, certified payroll validation, reporting, and socioeconomic program support. Uses Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, Puridiom, Costpoint, and EDWS Documentum while managing multiple priorities, communicating issues, and following office, safety, and security procedures.

Serves as the cognizant system engineer and technical authority for assigned plant systems. Coordinates configuration management, evaluates system health and proposed design changes, assesses safety authorization impacts, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports operability and maintenance. Performs system walkdowns, calibration and equipment test determinations, spare-parts evaluations, and system turnover to owner support.

Serves as the cognizant system engineer and technical authority for assigned plant systems. Coordinates configuration management, assesses system health and performance, oversees operability and maintenance, prepares design-change packages, evaluates impacts to safety authorization bases, troubleshoots technical issues, and drives system improvements. Requires engineering expertise in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or electromechanical systems within manufacturing or facility environments.

Provides project engineering leadership and coordination for commercial, infrastructure, production modernization, and stockpile initiatives. Plans and directs engineering activities, establishes design scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and plant stakeholders, applies ASME NQA-1 requirements in nuclear facilities, and monitors project progress to implement corrective actions. Supports planning, design, and implementation of machine tools and infrastructure upgrades.

Lead project controls activities for DOE EM FAR-based contracts, overseeing baseline development, scheduling, cost estimating/control, EVMS compliance, funds analysis, change and risk integration, staff supervision, and reporting to management.

Design and produce procurement and build-to-print documentation for specialty, first-of-a-kind mechanical equipment. Perform machine-design calculations and analyses (FEA, structural/seismic, kinematics, heat transfer, ergonomics), collaborate with designers, lead multi-discipline teams, and create fabrication and procurement packages. Use 3D CAD for modeling and produce detailed specifications for custom equipment.

Provide technical support for Commissioning and Startup (CSU) projects, ensuring compliance with testing procedures and coordination of activities. Responsibilities include test planning, documentation, and monitoring of equipment testing.
