Develop scalable support processes, maintain service quality, coach team members, and partner with technical, premium, and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong SaaS support leadership, security awareness for wealth-management clients, and at least three days per week in the Denver office.

Own partner-network relationships after agreement signing, managing onboarding, contractual commitments, co-marketing, advisor adoption, and network penetration. Drive net-new bookings, expansions, trials, conversions, webinars, demos, and enablement activities. Track activation and pipeline metrics in Salesforce, coordinate with strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, account management, RevOps, and product teams, and forecast bookings across multiple financial-advisor networks.

Troubleshoot complex issues with the Zocks AI platform across video, phone, chat, and email; educate users on features, drive product adoption, and communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams. The role requires root-cause analysis, strong written and verbal communication, technical problem-solving, API integration experience, adaptability, and careful handling of sensitive financial data in a hybrid Denver startup environment.

Manage daily operations for the Denver office and remotely support the New York office. Responsibilities include supplies, vendors, mail, deliveries, visitor and interview logistics, onboarding preparation, basic IT/AV troubleshooting, contract and budget tracking, employee perks, events, and People Ops projects. The role requires proactive ownership, strong communication, comfort with shifting priorities, and five days per week onsite in Denver.

Lead and scale the enterprise customer success function for Zocks, managing a team of Enterprise CSMs to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion with large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and financial firms. Build playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships while personally engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Manage multiple customer implementation projects from planning through deployment, serving as the technical point of contact. Define success criteria, milestones, and usage targets; lead integrations; resolve technical escalations; and coordinate with product, engineering, support, and clients. Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, support feature rollouts, simplify complex concepts for nontechnical stakeholders, and drive adoption and successful outcomes.

The Solution Engineer collaborates with clients to optimize Zocks AI usage, leads enterprise deployments, troubleshoots integrations, and builds lasting trust with stakeholders.
