Design and implement highly available infrastructure for trading and financial services using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux, while ensuring compliance and operational resilience in cloud environments.

Provide in-person desktop and end-user support at Dallas HQ, administer Microsoft identity and 365 services, manage endpoints with Intune/SCCM/Jamf, automate tasks via PowerShell and Graph API, enforce security standards, document processes, and escalate issues per ITIL.

Support and operate OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms and RHEL systems for a trading exchange. Maintain automation (Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps), cloud workloads (AWS/Azure), authentication/DNS/time services, enterprise hardware/storage, and developer platform integrations. Monitor, respond to incidents, perform patching and changes, and collaborate with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to ensure security, resilience, and availability.

Lead and maintain the firms regulatory compliance program for securities markets, ensuring adherence to Reg SCI and Reg NMS. Advise senior management, collaborate with Tech Ops, Market Ops and Dev, oversee policies and electronic communications, and manage filings and exchange-specific compliance matters. Prior exchange or broker-dealer experience and strong financial markets/regulatory background required.
