The Junior Business Analyst will analyze product and financial data, generate insights, support decision-making across teams, and build dashboards to track KPIs.

Analyze card portfolio and customer transaction data, build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau), monitor KPIs like issuance, activation, utilization, and revenue, support ad-hoc requests, and ensure data quality and structure.

Own and scale multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app) using Customer.io or similar. Build segmentation and trigger-based journeys, run A/B and multivariate experiments, measure cohort retention and campaign ROI, collaborate with Product/Data/Growth, manage campaign operations and deliverability, and write/edit channel copy.

Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of fintech infrastructure. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, automate operations, manage incidents, implement CI/CD, configure observability, define SLIs/SLOs, support deployments, perform capacity planning and disaster recovery, and ensure security and compliance.

Support the Tax Department with preparation and filing of VAT, WHT, CIT, PAYE and other returns; perform tax computations, reconciliations, recordkeeping, regulatory correspondence, audit assistance, research on Nigerian tax laws, and administrative support to ensure timely compliance.
