The Sales Executive at Bosta focuses on acquiring new merchants, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining relationships to drive growth in the logistics sector.

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML/AI solutions including LLM and NLP applications, forecasting, routing and optimization models. Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, define evaluation and monitoring, mentor junior team members, and drive production-grade, scalable AI systems that impact operations and commercial functions.

Manage hub communications and daily shipment processing: receive and record pickups, verify tracking and signatures, sort and dispatch shipments, add COD/refund items to routes, monitor courier wallet deposits, follow up on undelivered/canceled shipments, transfer expired holds to sorting facility, and coordinate handovers to ensure SLA compliance.

Lead and develop a data analytics and BI team to deliver dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses. Define analytics strategy, translate data into business insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior management to optimize logistics and operations.

Coordinate hub communications and daily dispatch for pickups and deliveries, ensure tracking accuracy, manage cash/returns, verify undelivered shipments, maintain SLA compliance and handovers to sorting teams.
