Manage daily hub logistics operations, including inbound shipment sorting, driver distribution planning, route support, end-of-day reconciliation, wallet audits, inventory transfers, and operational handovers. Train temporary staff and junior coordinators, resolve delivery issues, monitor KPIs, and implement workflow improvements. The role requires logistics or shipping coordination experience, preferably with bulky shipments, leadership ability, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with shipping and tracking systems.

Manage daily last-mile hub operations, including receiving and system entry of pickups, shipment sorting, courier dispatch, COD and refund route allocation, undelivered and canceled shipment processing, wallet monitoring, verification calls, returns documentation, and transfers to sorting facilities. Ensure packages are processed and dispatched on time, maintain accurate operational and financial records, resolve daily hub issues, and coach staff to improve productivity and service quality.

Supervise daily warehouse and reverse logistics operations, including inbound receipt, parcel sorting, dispatch coordination, returns processing, route reconciliation, and exception management. Coordinate teams and drivers, monitor operational queues, prevent backlogs, manage rejected or canceled returns, and support performance targets through planning and process improvement.

Oversee end-to-end hub operations, including parcel receiving, processing, dispatch, infrastructure, cash flow, COD reconciliation, SLA compliance, reporting, and team performance. The manager coordinates staff workflow, resolves operational issues and Freshdesk tickets, coaches hub members, maintains records, and ensures shipments are dispatched within required timelines while meeting operational targets.

Manage daily general ledger tasks and monthly close (preferred Oracle/NetSuite). Prepare journal entries (fixed assets, accruals, leases), reconciliations, trial balance and financial statements. Provide monthly revenue and expense analysis, ad-hoc reports, support audits and tax inspections, maintain accounting guidelines, and research accounting issues.

Manage hub-related Freshdesk tickets, coordinate with customer service, account management, and operations teams, and resolve client and order issues within SLA. Monitor aging orders, escalate delays, track liabilities, prepare reports, coordinate special-handling logistics, and maintain accurate return documentation. Serve as the primary communication link between internal teams and clients while handling multiple priorities under pressure.

Manage daily accounts payable: record and validate invoices in NetSuite, run weekly payments, review POs, verify vendor documents, handle vendor inquiries, support month-end closings, maintain records for audits, and provide tax reports.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and integrations. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to define APIs and features, optimize system performance and uptime, implement CI/CD, and mentor other engineers while balancing rapid delivery and system reliability.

Lead annual budgeting and a rolling 12-month forecast, maintain a multi-currency integrated financial model and 5-year plan, run scenario analyses, partner with business lines on bottoms-up revenue and unit economics, prepare investor/board materials, and manage senior financial analysts to build repeatable, documented planning processes.
