Acts as a strategic finance partner to leadership, managing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost monitoring, savings initiatives, and financial governance. Drives transformation, project tracking, ROIC modeling, process standardization, and automation while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring forecasting accuracy, budget compliance, and effective financial decision-making.

Design, develop, configure, support, and improve enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM/EA, ITOM, GRC/SecOps, and HRSD. Build workflows, automations, integrations, scripts, and platform customizations; troubleshoot complex issues; manage releases and upgrades; monitor performance and reliability; and drive automation and technical debt reduction. Partner with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and support teams while promoting ServiceNow best practices, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Leads global, regional, or country-level procurement category strategy and sourcing initiatives. Manages supplier relationships, contracts, performance KPIs, savings targets, demand management, supplier innovation, and procurement reporting. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, assessing risk, managing outside counsel and budgets, advising senior business leaders, supporting investigations, monitoring legal developments, and coordinating with global Legal, People and Organization, Compliance, Finance, and business teams.
