The Risk Advisor focuses on new insurance account production, maintains client relationships, designs custom insurance plans, and conducts business development activities to drive sales success.

Manage client relationships for personal lines insurance: advise on coverage and risk, bind coverage, prepare proposals and policy documents, manage renewals and claims support, perform audits, adopt proprietary AI tools, and drive client retention and process improvements.

Lead execution, governance, and improvement of variable compensation programs; oversee calculations, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and integrations for acquisitions; partner with Sales and Finance; lead a team; drive process, system, and automation enhancements; ensure compliance, confidentiality, and audit-ready practices.
