As a Staff Performance Engineer, you will automate performance tests, resolve bottlenecks, improve automation frameworks, and collaborate with teams to enhance system performance across various platforms.

Leads complex technical programs across software divisions, business units, partners, and contractors. Responsibilities include navigating complex procurement and compliance processes, winning new business, expanding existing accounts, forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. The role collaborates with pre-sales, customer success, professional services, marketing, and partners, with approximately 50% travel to customer locations.

Drive strategic enterprise software sales across South India, focusing on ITES, BFSI, government, and large enterprises. Build relationships with CIOs and IT decision-makers, develop data-driven pipelines, forecast accurately, close large-scale deals, expand accounts, and execute consultative sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, customer success, and channel partners to create joint go-to-market opportunities, accelerate revenue growth, and establish Omnissa as a trusted digital workspace advisor.

Lead strategy and execution for core Workspace ONE UEM platform capabilities, driving SaaS architecture, certificate management, enterprise readiness, partner integrations, compliance certification, upgrade strategy, and cross-functional delivery. Engage global customers and partners, author technical content, and ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability for enterprise deployments.

Manage and grow high-value Financial Services enterprise accounts by building C-level relationships, selling Omnissa's SaaS portfolio (Workspace ONE, Horizon), driving new business and expansions, and ensuring customer success. Own strategic account planning, pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, negotiate complex deals, collaborate with Pre-Sales/Customer Success/PS/Partners, attend industry events, and stay current on EUC trends to position solutions competitively.

Senior DevOps engineer responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for UEM SaaS (commercial and federal). Build and maintain IaC and configuration (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, containerized workloads, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. Ensure cloud security controls and compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, ISO and PCI standards while supporting production reliability and scalability.
