Provides accounting, tax, financial reporting, compliance, and business advisory services to diverse domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, financial statements, tax returns, tax planning, regulatory advice, and work papers; reviewing junior staff work; supervising team members; and managing client relationships and workflow.

Support delivery of IFRS and CFO advisory engagements, provide technical accounting (including AASB 16) and reporting support, assist lease accounting, conduct technical research, prepare client deliverables, uplift finance processes and systems, analyse financial data, and build client relationships while contributing to internal capability development.

The role also maintains information in business systems, supports client relationships, contributes to process improvements, and promotes effective use of technology across the team.

Provide outsourced finance services to a portfolio of complex, internationally connected clients including monthly and quarterly financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial management. Act as an extension of client finance teams, liaise with offshore stakeholders and auditors, identify and resolve accounting and tax issues, improve processes for efficiency, and adopt automation and AI tools across client systems.

Finance Business Partner responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance insights. The role partners with business leaders, identifies risks and improvement opportunities, enhances reporting frameworks, and drives continuous improvement across finance processes. It requires strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities, and experience with Power BI. Professional services experience is preferred.
