Provide technical and strategic support to producers and independent brokers for manufactured housing insurance. Prepare proposals, negotiate policy terms, maintain policy files and renewals, enter data in AMS360, handle claims and billing, submit surplus lines filings, and build broker relationships. Support profit center and perform other assigned duties.

Build and manage a territory and client portfolio, prospect and close B2B accounts, negotiate coverage, and work with leadership for training and sales planning. Handle day-to-day Express customer service inquiries by phone and email, respond within prescribed times, support brokers and customers, learn certificate issuance and endorsement processing, maintain knowledge of Express system, assist underwriting and carriers on policy acceptability, review daily bound reports for eligibility, and follow up on quotes to help sell.

Manage financial accounting and reporting for multiple insurance pool programs, supervise multi-location accounting staff, oversee general ledger, reconciliations, treasury and budgeting, coordinate audits, and prepare regulatory, tax, and governance financial statements.

Lead the creation and scaling of a centralized Power BI function across multiple divisions. Establish governance, semantic models, security, release management, and standards. Build and lead a BI team, design complex row-level security, combine cross-division datasets, and deliver certified, performant Power BI reports and data products while partnering with stakeholders and maintaining hands-on architecture and development.
