Translate complex program details into clear marketing materials, collaborate with sales and underwriting for feedback, and measure campaign performance to optimize engagement.

Lead placement and servicing of public entity accounts administered in New Jersey joint insurance funds. Ensure compliance with state JIF regulations, identify markets and alternative risk placements, prepare underwriting and marketing data (Excel), review policies and endorsements, meet regulatory reporting deadlines, provide administrative services, supervise support staff, and assist producers with service issues.

Support the General Ledger Finance Team by executing monthly close activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, producing financial reports, and assisting with audits and documentation while maintaining internal controls and collaboration across teams.

Provide clerical and administrative support to underwriting teams: prepare quotes, bind confirmations, and Certificates of Insurance; maintain and organize files; edit and review documents for accuracy; communicate with brokers and internal departments; improve administrative workflows and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
