Support domestic and international business development managers to drive sales of ASX Technology & Data services. Handle customer onboarding, licensing and reporting guidance, sales administration, lead generation and first response to enquiries. Manage customer cases for the CHESS Replacement Project: triage queries, assign and track cases, liaise with Line 2/3 SMEs, monitor SLAs, escalate as needed, log into test environments to reproduce issues, generate performance reports, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.

Lead design, build and support of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ATF platform. Deliver integrations, discovery/service mapping, CMDB alignment to CSDM, automate workflows, manage incidents/changes, support upgrades, and drive continuous platform improvements.

The role involves overseeing risk transformation initiatives, aligning policies with enterprise risk frameworks, and ensuring effective embedment of risk controls within the organization.

Apply data science to model participant activity across markets and clearing/settlement to protect market integrity. Build dashboards, automated reports, monitoring tools, and run statistical/predictive models and NLP. Collaborate cross-functionally, present findings to stakeholders, maintain documentation, and improve data quality and operational processes for regulatory reporting and supervision.

Lead business analysis for ASX24 replacement: perform gap analysis, elicit and document functional/non-functional requirements, model processes and data flows, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, support testing and release, and contribute to change and training activities.
