  • Be responsible for supporting and driving sales of targeted services and solutions from ASX’s Technology & Data division, by supporting the team of domestic and international business development managers with customer support and sales administration processes
  • Assist with Information Services & Technical Services product on-boarding process to ensure clients understand their licencing and reporting obligations, to ensure accurate processing of new orders and to create a high-quality experience for customers
  • Actively participate and support in lead generation for ASX services and capabilities, including first response to incoming product enquiries from prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the ASX business, product, finance, engineering and governance teams who will assist in providing a compelling view of the end-to-end offering to customers. Work closely with the broader Technology & Data sales team as well as with BDMs from other departments, with the engagement and support of common customers
  • Represent ASX at events and conferences whilst maintaining a deep understanding of the industry landscape to ensure that ASX’s product and solutions strategies remain compelling
