As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide high-quality technical support to ASX customers, manage connectivity, and assist in system releases, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Support delivery of technology risk and control uplift initiatives across ASX Technology, partnering with cyber, engineering and ITSM teams to design, implement and embed practical controls, update policy frameworks, track governance and progress, and produce templates, guidance and education to drive consistent control adoption.

Lead and advise Enterprise Resilience strategy and transformation. Oversee resilience frameworks, governance, testing and reporting. Partner with business, technology and risk stakeholders to strengthen resilience across critical operations, manage dependencies, prepare executive/Board materials, and build team capability.

Design, build and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Financial Services Clouds. Develop with Apex, LWC, Visualforce and Data 360; integrate via APIs and middleware; enforce data governance and security; implement Copado CI/CD; participate in agile squads for platform improvements and customer-facing features.

Drive revenue and customer growth for ASX Clearing and Rates by retaining and expanding participant activity, identifying and converting new trading and clearing participants, building relationships with trading and clearing decision-makers, promoting products and market-maker engagement, delivering segment strategies, coordinating education and marketing, and managing customer engagement and sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Analyze operational data, metrics, and performance indicators to generate recommendations and support continuous improvement. Build data models, dashboards, reports, and status updates for Enterprise Customer & Operations stakeholders. Improve reporting standards, contribute to Jira and Confluence uplift programs, and communicate insights clearly across teams. The role also supports data-driven decision-making, delivery coordination, and enterprise enablement initiatives.

Provide end-to-end workplace IT support through phone, email, tickets, and in-person requests. Install and support hardware and software, manage ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot recurring issues, administer Active Directory and Group Policy, develop PowerShell scripts, and support SCCM, Intune, Windows 11, Office 365, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications. The role escalates complex issues, includes on-call and occasional out-of-hours work, and is primarily onsite in Sydney with support for other offices.

Supervise a portfolio of ASX-listed entities, advising on Listing Rules, continuous disclosure, capital raising, governance, integrity, and admission applications. Conduct monitoring and enforcement actions, analyze corporate and transaction documents, communicate with entities and advisers, engage with ASIC, and collaborate across ASX Compliance teams.

Leads enterprise data platform architecture and engineering across ingestion, storage, transformation, and serving layers. Designs scalable data lake and mesh architectures; builds reusable pipeline frameworks and developer tooling; drives DataOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing, observability, governance, privacy, lineage, and regulatory controls. Provides technical leadership to embedded data engineers and stakeholders while ensuring reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

Lead and coordinate ASX's penetration testing program including annual planning, vendor management, Red/Purple Team coordination, scope and rules of engagement, execution governance, reporting, remediation follow-up, and integration of AI/automated testing. Ensure readiness, oversee live testing escalation, drive stakeholder accountability, and communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
