Provide high-touch operational support to the company founders: manage complex calendars and travel, prioritize meetings, prepare agendas and track action items, coordinate with leadership and external partners, handle personal errands, maintain NYC office operations and supplies, liaise with building management and vendors, and create/refine processes to reduce friction and anticipate needs.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and operate crucial cloud infrastructure and developer tools, focusing on observability, reliability, and performance in a high-velocity software environment.

Own full sales cycle selling Scrunch to digital, SEO, content, and performance marketing agencies. Prospect and close agency leaders, run consultative multi-stakeholder processes, drive pipeline via inbound and targeted outbound, and partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure adoption and expansion.
