Lead the development, optimization, and ownership of Unreal Engine 5 rendering and graphics systems across multiple platforms. Collaborate with artists, designers, technical artists, production, and leadership to deliver scalable visual features, identify performance bottlenecks, and establish optimization best practices. Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, and communicate solutions across technical and non-technical teams.

Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, guidelines, and end-to-end campaigns for VOID Interactive and its game portfolio. Manage announcements, DLC, platform launches, and seasonal campaigns while coordinating development, publishing, creative, community, agencies, and platform partners. Connect campaigns to commercial goals using platform data, community sentiment, and creator coverage. Maintain brand consistency, manage marketing calendars, and support new IP development across global, remote teams.
