Lead QA testing for an FPS title by developing and executing test strategies, reporting and validating critical issues, assessing project risks, and improving QA workflows. Collaborate with developers and vendors, maintain test coverage across platforms, and support Agile milestone planning to deliver stable, high-quality releases.

Lead and optimize the studio's outsourcing operations: select and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables and timelines, mitigate risks, align outsourcing strategy with company goals, and coordinate ingestion of external assets with internal teams to improve efficiency and quality across projects.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of gameplay and technical systems using C++ and Unreal Engine. Collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and engineers to implement, debug, optimize, test, and deliver high-quality features within large codebases, and contribute to technical decisions and long-term planning for active and unannounced projects.
