Lead and produce real-time visual effects in Unreal Engine, mentor and manage a VFX team, set artistic and technical direction, collaborate across disciplines, optimize performance, and maintain efficient pipelines from concept to implementation.

Prepare GAAP financial statements and manage month/quarter/year-end close. Oversee general ledger and reconciliations, mentor accounting staff, assist budgeting/forecasting, perform financial analysis, and streamline financial operations to support strategic decision-making.
