The Systems Engineer manages customer infrastructure focusing on networking, servers, and cloud environments, including incident response and automation. They will perform on-site and remote work, collaborating to enhance operational excellence.

Operate and improve large-scale AWS and hybrid cloud environments: manage services (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront), troubleshoot incidents, implement monitoring and IaC, support containerized workloads, optimize performance and costs, and participate in on-call rotations while advising customers and internal teams.

Lead Amazon Connect contact center implementations and migrations, design contact flows and conversational AI, integrate CRMs and omnichannel channels, build AWS Landing Zones, implement IaC and CI/CD, run architecture workshops, produce technical documentation, and participate in managed-services on-call rotation.
