Lead Taktile’s legal function as its first dedicated in-house legal leader. Build and scale the legal team, own commercial contracting, advise leadership on risk and strategy, support global employment matters, guide AI and financial-services regulatory issues, and establish the company’s data privacy program. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on drafting, negotiation, and day-to-day legal support across Taktile’s international entities.

Lead end-to-end product design for a cross-functional team, translating complex technical and business problems into clear, scalable user experiences. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, discovery, validation, and iteration; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other designers. Design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces, ensure effective implementation, and contribute to Taktile’s design system.

Serve as the primary post-sale partner for enterprise customers, leading complex AI platform implementations and driving sustained business outcomes. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data, Sales, and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Translate business problems into workflows and configurations, build executive and user relationships, identify expansion opportunities, gather product feedback, and improve delivery playbooks. The role requires technical fluency, strong communication, project organization, team leadership, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Lead 3–5 cross-functional, end-to-end programs for the Platform team, driving enterprise readiness, security and audit/compliance efforts, and AI enablement. Coordinate engineers, product, security, sales, and legal, create clear plans, dashboards, and outcomes, and hold senior ICs and EMs accountable to delivery.

Senior Solution Architect partnering with enterprise architects at large financial institutions to design target solution architectures, integrations, and deployment models. Lead architecture workshops, resolve integration/security/compliance blockers, produce reusable reference architectures, and support pre-sales through post-sales to ensure delivered solutions meet enterprise requirements.

Lead technical delivery of AI-driven deployments from scoping to production, design solution architectures and decision logic, develop and deploy generative AI agents, sequence and manage delivery, partner with product, create reusable resources, and mentor junior engineers.
