Lead and scale Luma's West Coast sales presence by owning full enterprise sales cycles, hiring and coaching a team of 5+ AEs, building pipeline with brands and agencies, translating creative AI value to marketing teams, and partnering with product/marketing/customer success to refine go-to-market playbooks.

Embed with customers to define problems, build and ship production systems on Luma's APIs and models, maintain deployed solutions, and surface productizable patterns to R&D and platform teams. Work across the full stack and own projects end-to-end.

Bridge frontier multimodal research and product by shaping research priorities, interpreting evaluations, building prototypes, and defining research-to-product handoffs across Canvas, Agents, and the model platform to deliver enterprise-facing features.

Define and execute GTM strategy for Luma's multimodal AI. Craft positioning and narratives, establish brand/agency/studio partnerships, collaborate with Product/Design/Research, own product launches, and build scalable marketing systems and collateral.

Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive platform adoption, usage growth, and expansion across teams and regions. Use usage data to identify opportunities, partner with product and engineering to remove blockers, lead account planning and commercial conversations, and contribute to renewals and long-term account strategy.
