Supports client operations through data analysis, process execution, quality validation, reporting, secondary research, and investigation of client questions. The role coordinates stakeholders across time zones, documents and tests operational procedures, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with engineering and delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely client deliverables.

Provide in-country HR operational expertise and lead complex employee lifecycle activities. Provide junior-level IR and PR support across 7–10 client accounts: draft press releases, presentations, earnings scripts and pitches; conduct research, investor targeting, media monitoring, and event/roadshow planning; support business development, client communications, and firm strategy while meeting client-billing utilization targets.
