Responsibilities include technical validation, product demonstrations, custom architecture and proof-of-concept design, deployment integration, training, onboarding content, and customer feedback. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering, requires daily onsite customer engagement in NYC and frequent travel.
