Provides technical and product support for restaurant clients across multiple regions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting EPOS systems, integrations, APIs, SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, hardware, and endpoint issues; validating operational reports; investigating data discrepancies; deploying IT assets; documenting solutions; and collaborating with Product, Development, IT, and Operations teams. Requires rotational shifts and week-offs to support UAE, UK, and Australian customers.
