Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering for enterprise CI/CD and deployment automation. Migrate workflows from IBM UrbanCode Deploy to Octopus Deploy, re-engineer Groovy and C# automation, validate production release pipelines, and improve scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate across development, infrastructure, platform, and release-management teams while troubleshooting distributed and Mainframe deployments. Establish reusable patterns, governance, RBAC, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, and enterprise DevOps standards.

Manage multiple Agile projects, facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, track progress and resources, resolve bottlenecks, align stakeholders, and mentor teams on Agile delivery practices. This six-month hybrid contract requires working from the Toronto office three days per week, with potential extension.
