Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and executive team while managing office operations and facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating events and meetings, improving operational processes, overseeing office maintenance and vendor coordination, managing repair budgets, liaising across departments, conducting research and reporting, and handling other assigned duties.

Lead HR operations as a senior business partner: manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee/labor relations, compliance with federal/state laws, benefits, safety, workers' compensation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs.

Lead and shape the brand's visual identity and storytelling across product, digital, social, retail, and experiential channels. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, develop integrated 360° campaigns, maintain brand standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and use trend insights to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Support the finance team with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, billing and collections, invoice payment processing, financial reporting, transaction posting, discrepancy resolution, data backups, and record keeping. Contribute to internal controls and ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Coordinate and produce high-converting ad creatives across paid channels. Source and update assets, create product-focused storytelling for ads and landing pages, manage photo/video/UGC production, and support creative testing with new concepts and seasonal variations.

Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators. Manage affiliate platform operations, track performance, coordinate campaigns, product seeding, and activations. Identify partnership opportunities and analyze affiliate performance to recommend strategies that grow revenue and acquisition.
