Serve as dedicated technical advisor to merchants: support and analyze PSP integrations and onboarding, provide tier-two escalated support, log and track defects, reproduce and collaborate with developers to resolve issues, perform re-tests and regression testing, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure correct PSP integrations.
