Own Smart Supply’s end-to-end marketing strategy across PR, thought leadership, content, field marketing, events, community, partner programs, and product launches. Build industry credibility through media, client, and partner storytelling; secure event visibility; strengthen positioning; and translate technical ad-curation differentiation into clear narratives. Collaborate with Growth, Strategy, partners, agencies, and industry associations while independently driving initiatives from strategy through execution in a remote-first global team.

Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Build performance reports and dashboards, analyze KPIs, provide actionable optimization recommendations, troubleshoot ad-serving and performance issues, and collaborate with senior managers and team leads to improve workflows and campaign results.

Supports senior managers, sets up and optimizes Google Ads campaigns, tracks search campaign performance, prepares reports and dashboards, analyzes metrics, and generates leads and conversions. Uses Google Analytics for reporting and applies foundational search engine marketing knowledge while developing digital marketing expertise.

Execute and optimize audio, display, and video advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Troubleshoot basic ad-serving issues, maintain campaign dashboards, prepare performance reports, and communicate campaign status with internal teams. Support senior managers, help ensure client satisfaction, and stay current with advertising technology and industry trends.

Design, scale, and maintain automation frameworks and operational data integrations across BigQuery and BI systems. Build integrations, lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, optimize pipelines, establish testing and documentation, mentor junior engineers, and align data architecture with organizational strategy.

Combine hands-on QA and second-line technical support for a SaaS AI platform: execute regression testing, create reproducible bug reports, investigate complex platform and reporting issues, support migrations and rollouts, and coordinate fixes across Support, Product, and Engineering.
