Lead embedded systems development including requirements, architecture, hardware/software design, debugging, testing, documentation, release validation, mentoring junior staff, and liaising with customers in a defense/aerospace environment.

Design mixed-signal VPX-style embedded circuit cards from concept through production. Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, signal integrity, FPGA/DSP interfacing, debug hardware/firmware, create test fixtures, write technical deliverables, and transition designs to manufacturing for high-reliability systems.

Lead commercial success of C5ISR embedded electronics product lines across lifecycle: market research, product definition, business cases, pricing, ROI forecasting, engineering collaboration, launch, sustainment, obsolescence management, and sales support. Provide SME pre-sales, drive third-party collaborations, and create marketing materials and roadmaps to grow market share and revenue.

Lead large technical teams to design, integrate, test, and document rugged military vehicle computing systems. Serve as technical authority to customers and stakeholders, synthesize requirements into low-risk solutions, guide cross-functional teams, report status, evaluate performance, and recommend training and development.

Lead and mentor an electrical engineering team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-precision VPX circuit cards and associated firmware. Oversee FPGA/SoC DSP integration, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, drive tools and continuous improvement, grow MBSE modeling capability, contribute to proposals, and support cross-discipline troubleshooting and design assurance.
