Design and develop complex SBC, FPGA, switch, and I/O boards in 3U/6U VPX and custom form factors. Translate system requirements into hardware designs, perform analysis, verification, troubleshooting, support production, document designs, and mentor junior engineers in a schedule-driven DoD embedded systems environment.

Manage and maintain Critical Chain project schedules for Operations Planning & Control. Identify schedule risks and constraints using Theory of Constraints, track buffers, align schedules with ERP/MRP, support project teams, analyze buffer status, monitor prerequisites/materials/work orders, and provide budget/invoice inputs to Program Management.

Develops and implements QA protocols for nuclear-related production, ensures compliance with internal/external standards, prepares QA documentation, reviews quality verification, evaluates nonconformances and corrective actions, conducts vendor/source inspections and audits, inspects safety-related components, creates work instructions, and supports cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Design and support manufacture of electrical insulation systems and electro-mechanical components for pumps, motors, and generators. Work with shop personnel to resolve production issues, prepare schedules, document and present technical results, run and interpret tests (partial discharge, voltage and thermal endurance), develop insulation projects, design gauges, predict insulation performance, and coordinate solutions across technical teams.

Lead hardware design and development of complex DoD embedded systems including 3U/6U VPX SBCs, FPGA, switch, and I/O cards. Provide technical leadership across architecture, testing, qualification, production support, documentation, and mentoring to deliver high-reliability hardware solutions.

Design, implement, and test embedded software for DSP-based boards including BSPs, bootloaders, device drivers, and embedded test software. Diagnose complex defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce design/test documentation, and ensure compliance with military/aerospace standards.

Lead financial pricing, forecasting, and technical analysis for government proposals and active programs. Produce budgets, EAC/POC estimates, month-end reports, compliance support, and ad-hoc cost studies. Partner with business development and project teams to prepare pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal and government audits.

Manage demo gear inventory, shipments, bailment agreements, and RMA coordination; maintain trackers and reports; support projects and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and returns of demo equipment.
