Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, ensure regulatory/EMC compliance, and deliver complete technical documentation for ruggedized, high-speed systems.

Lead hardware compliance activities for embedded systems: drive EMI/EMC design guidance, lab setup and de‑risking, coordinate and witness formal compliance testing, generate test reports, and collaborate with design teams to meet military/aerospace standards.

Lead cross-functional teams for a Defense Valves product line with P&L accountability, program budgeting, financial reporting, proposal and bid oversight, customer and supplier interface, risk/contingency planning, and meeting annual sales and delivery targets. Support RFQs, audits, warranty projects, and periodic travel to customer/supplier sites.

Lead mechanical engineering design, analysis, and qualification for valves, actuators, and flow control devices used in advanced and existing nuclear power plants. Perform structural/stress, thermal, and seismic/dynamic analyses, develop technical solutions, advise on materials, create industry-standard reports, and collaborate across teams and with customers to improve and qualify products.

Lead reliability and safety engineering for electromechanical and hydromechanical aircraft actuation systems. Develop safety/reliability plans, perform FTA/FMEA/FMECA and MTBF analyses, interpret requirements (ARP4754/ARP4761), generate deliverables, and support design teams to ensure system availability, maintainability, and certification.

Manage and maintain the C5ISR demo/loaner hardware pool; design, assemble, configure and validate demonstration systems; perform board-level integration and system bring-up; install OS/middleware and deploy embedded software; support sales with customized demos, trade shows, and technical documentation; conduct benchmarking, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinate with partners and product teams.

Assist in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software to improve manufacturing processes (Oracle APEX focus). Support MES/ERP integrations, troubleshoot system performance and data integrity, write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL, and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance under senior guidance.
