Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes, create work instructions and production documentation, perform methods and operational analyses, review engineering drawings for manufacturability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support new product releases.

Support customers by assessing nuclear plant processes, recommending instrumentation and controls solutions, preparing technical proposals (RFP/RFQ), coordinating with engineering teams, resolving product issues, and assisting project planning to ensure client specifications are met.

Perform structural dynamic and acoustic analysis and testing (vibration, shock, modal, noise, seismic) of rotating machinery using FEA and tools like ANSYS and MATLAB. Develop and run dynamic tests, collect and analyze data, compare to predictions, write reports and technical documentation, support design and test equipment development, and collaborate within integrated design teams while following safety and security procedures.

Lead cross-functional teams for the Defense Valves program with P&L responsibility, budgeting, reporting, RFQ/proposal support, supplier/customer coordination, risk/contingency planning, and periodic travel to support program execution and business development.

Lead site quality activities for aerospace/defense programs including customer quality, supplier quality, AS9100 QMS maintenance, audits, SCAR/8D CAPA management, calibration, quality metrics, and cross-functional support for product and software development.

Own and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for defense/aerospace programs, perform critical path and risk analyses, prepare schedule metrics and executive reports, support proposals and Integrated Baseline Reviews, coordinate cross-functional schedule updates, and drive scheduling process improvements.
