Lead large technical teams to design, integrate, test, and deliver rugged military vehicle computing systems. Translate customer requirements into low-risk solutions, produce technical documentation, provide cross-functional technical guidance, report status, evaluate team performance, and recommend training and process improvements.

Own and grow the flight recorder product line, liaise between customers and engineering/manufacturing, create roadmaps, drive commercialization, manage product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and support sales and marketing collateral.

Multi-year rotational program in supply chain and operations including on-site rotations. Responsibilities include developing schedules, preparing production plans and material requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality), resolving scheduling/material issues, and maintaining production paperwork.

Design, develop, document and validate manufacturing test suites (hardware, software, fixtures) for electronic boards and systems. Create test software, support NPI and production transfer, sustain and enhance test applications, generate documentation, contribute to DFT and technology evaluations, and mentor junior staff.
