Lead product lifecycle strategy and technical direction for steam turbine and valve product programs. Guide cross-functional teams through design, validation, manufacturability, and production scaling; resolve complex system issues; set engineering standards and roadmaps; mentor senior engineers; represent engineering with customers, regulators, and executives.

Manage global compensation programs including job evaluations, salary range development, merit budget analysis, incentive plan administration, data audits in Workday, market pricing, compliance, and support for executive compensation and compensation projects.
