The role requires accurate multitasking, professional communication, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Review incoming residential dwelling estimates for accuracy and carrier-specific compliance, provide feedback to independent adjusters, support catastrophe and surge events, use estimating tools (Cotality/Symbility), and maintain accurate claim file documentation.

The Business Analyst will gather business requirements, liaise between users and developers, create documentation, and conduct testing.
