Provide legal advice on civil and commercial matters, manage pre‑litigation and litigation (including arbitrations), negotiate settlements, liaise with external counsel and public authorities, assist with contracts, and handle payment workflows for the corporate group.

Design, implement and govern an end-to-end Incident Management framework.
