Litigation Specialist

The Legal and Corporate Affairs team ensures compliance with regulations at the group level, manages disputes with customers and business counterparties, defines and negotiates contracts, and provides legal support for activities related to partnerships, commercial agreements, and extraordinary transactions. We also play a crucial role in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), providing legal advice and support at all stages of the process.​ 

As Litigation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and take part in challenging projects. 

In particular you will:  

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to support various business functions on civil and commercial law matters 

• Participate in and directly manage out-of-court dispute resolution procedures  

• Manage pre-litigation claims, negotiations with opposing parties and the drafting of settlement agreements 

• Manage litigation matters (ordinary proceedings, special procedures, and domestic arbitrations) and liaise with external counsel 

• Manage relations with Public Authorities 

• Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements 

• Manage payment workflows 

What skills are we looking for?  

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar) 

• Current active registration with the Bar Association 

• Prior experience in civil litigation 

• Strong disposition to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly growing environment 

• Proactive approach, independence, and ability to work towards target goals 

• Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently  

• Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail 

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude 

• Experience in the digital/tech sector and a passion for ICT, particularly new technologies and Digital Transformation, will be considered a plus. 

• Fluent English (C1); native or equivalent Italian proficiency.
