Lead and deliver proactive and reactive communications about research integrity, ethics and editorial policy. Develop campaigns, draft media materials and statements, manage issues/crisis responses, liaise with legal, editorial and regional teams, support media engagement, coordinate stakeholders, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines while monitoring and reporting on communications impact.

The Executive Publisher will manage and develop a journal portfolio, drive strategic growth, oversee editorial development and engage with editorial and research communities, while leading a high-performing team.

Lead and deliver large, strategic technology and change programmes across the organisation. Define scope, manage risks, allocate resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders globally, run RFI/RFPs, support change and communications, and ensure programmes deliver business value and efficiency.

Partner with Central Publishing, Commercial Development and Global ELT teams to own Investment in Content financial processes. Lead forecasting, reporting and Anaplan methodology, manage IIC P&Ls and variance analysis, support pricing and new business models, act as SAP S4 super user for Projects and O2C, and provide financial governance, insights and presentations to senior leadership.

Promote Macmillan Education ELT portfolio across South-Western Czech Republic through field visits, presentations, teacher support, territory management, events, database updates, market feedback, and collaboration with marketing and publishing teams. Represent the brand and handle post-sales queries and promotional activities.
