Support the CEO by managing communications, calendars, international travel, board logistics, visitors, expenses, vendors, and administrative operations. Proactively protect the CEO’s time, resolve problems end to end, improve internal systems and processes, and coordinate cross-functional projects and events. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, adaptability, and comfort using AI tools. It is hybrid in Vancouver, with onsite work three days per week.
