Design, build, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and secure REST APIs. Manage Aurora PostgreSQL data access and schemas, implement DevSecOps security controls, support FedRAMP/IL4 and Zero Trust compliance, enable data ingestion and migration, optimize performance and HA, and produce documentation and artifacts for Government review and release processes.

Manage fact witness logistics for the U.S. Attorney's Office, including scheduling and confirming appearances, arranging travel and lodging, processing reimbursements, maintaining witness files and calendars, coordinating with courts and agencies, and preparing required documentation per DOJ/USAO policies.

Build and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC, implement and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container/IaC scanning), perform vulnerability remediation and patching, configure monitoring and logging, and coach developers on secure coding to maintain compliance and support POA&M remediation.

Maintain and sustain server and datacenter infrastructure for the Naval Dosimetry Center. Troubleshoot network and system failures, enforce government security baselines, support PKI and IAT Level II information assurance, manage lifecycle and configuration of IT systems, produce technical/status reports, and support capacity, availability, and modernization efforts in a regulated government environment.

Provide paralegal support for NMRTC Portsmouth Legal Office by conducting federal and state legal research, drafting memoranda, pleadings, FOIA/Privacy Act responses, and correspondence; manage case files and deadlines; assist in trial and hearing preparation; serve as client point of contact; maintain records and legal tracking systems; provide notary services and law library support.
