Serve as Chief of Staff for State Legislative Affairs in Albany, managing a legislative portfolio, coordinating hearings, member requests, policy briefings, and intergovernmental meetings; assist with the Mayor's State Legislative Program, agency coordination, committee processes, and special projects.

Serve on the Bureau of Asset Management team overseeing the Public Equity allocation. Lead manager selection, monitoring, evaluation, and relationship management; draft manager guidelines and advise on Investment Policy Statements; review custodian reports; oversee manager funding and asset transitions; and support special projects and reporting for pension plan stakeholders.

Lead CAS contracting, budgeting, fiscal oversight, program monitoring, and management planning. Develop RFPs, negotiate and manage $90M in contracts, oversee contractor performance and staff funded through contracts, coordinate audits/FOIL responses, and serve as CAS liaison with internal and external administrative offices.

Manage HR operations including onboarding, recruitment, payroll/timekeeping coordination, compensation reviews, labor relations, policy interpretation, reporting, staff supervision, cross-training, and special projects to ensure HR service continuity and compliance within a unionized public-sector environment.

Under general supervision, supports labor relations by preparing negotiation materials, taking detailed bargaining notes, researching demands, calculating wage and benefit costs, conducting salary and benefit surveys, preparing reports, maintaining electronic files, and responding to agency inquiries.

Manage the Borough Based Jails construction program, driving aggressive schedules, ensuring milestones and budgets are met, coordinating with design-build teams, regulatory agencies, and interagency task forces. Supervise construction teams, allocate resources, update senior management, and ensure adherence to contract documents to deliver completed facilities on time and on budget.

Review fire safety, fire protection, and emergency action plans for code compliance; establish project timelines and cost schedules; generate monthly progress reports; serve as Fire and Building Code expert at interagency and industry meetings; assist implementing 2022 Fire Code emergency preparedness provisions.

Develop, enhance, and support enterprise imaging and web services for DSS ESS systems. Provide hands-on C#/.NET coding, database optimization, SDLC-compliant architecture improvements, application security, technical documentation, mentorship, and act as temporary technical lead when needed.
