Coordinate delivery and operations of the PennCNB application within an Agile/Scrum environment. Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies, manage timelines, track progress, liaise with clients, maintain documentation and SOPs, handle iLabs billing entries, support training and data requests, and assist DevOps with features and debugging as needed.
