Coach and enable product teams to apply Agile and product principles, drive discovery and delivery, manage agile practices and portfolio tasks, implement tools and metrics (OKRs, roadmaps, backlogs), facilitate planning, retrospectives and stakeholder alignment, and support governance, staffing and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and operational support for assigned teams including report writing, data entry/validation, exception processing, record keeping, and compliance with internal/regulatory standards. Review work quality and loan files, use PC-based office software, and support loan operations to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Manage and grow a large, complex commercial loan portfolio by prospecting and closing new business, retaining and expanding client relationships, selling bank products, providing financial advice, approving loans within limits, and managing portfolio credit quality while coordinating referrals.

Lead and scale the national Affluent sales organization by setting strategy, driving fee-based revenue growth, implementing practice and training frameworks, upskilling regional leaders, overseeing licensed banker and new-hire programs, and partnering with enterprise teams to deliver measurable advisor productivity and client acquisition outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of corporate banking credit relationships: underwrite various credit exposures, grow and retain business, manage credit risk, support relationship managers with sales calls and client service, and respond to customer credit questions.

Lead portfolio marketing strategy for Small Business Credit Card clients, developing multi-channel lifecycle and deepening campaigns to drive growth, retention, and engagement. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, analytics, risk, finance, and compliance to translate insights into segmentation, attribution, and optimization. Manage campaign development end-to-end, present performance to leadership, and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
