Job DescriptionProcess loan title and record changes accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare, review, and send customer documentation related to loan servicing updates.
Update and maintain system of record with changes to loan details, titles, and customer information.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Track, prioritize, and follow through on assigned tasks to meet deadlines and service level expectations.
Maintain organized records (electronic and/or physical) for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when necessary, external parties to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information.
Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies in documentation or system records.
Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and workflows.
Adhere to company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, Two to Four years of total experience in business and general office environment
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.`
