Lead and support projects to design, develop, and implement business, operational, and systems changes for fund accounting and investment operations. Analyze processes, identify gaps and risks, recommend improvements, support change management and training, and use data and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and controls.

Support Macro Rates Sales by designing and demonstrating derivative pricing, valuation, and hedging solutions. Prepare market presentations and RFP responses, coordinate credit/ISDA documentation and trade confirmations, assist client execution and idea generation, and back up senior sales team members.

Manage retention and growth of medium to large high-net-worth client relationships. Build and coordinate a team of banking, trust, and investment professionals to meet client needs. Provide expert wealth management counsel on complex issues, drive business development, and oversee relationship management. Role requires NMLS registration and successful completion of background and credit checks.
