Leads marketing strategy for Perkins&Will’s Southern California practice across Los Angeles and San Diego. Oversees marketing budgets, staff, proposals, presentations, RFQ/RFP responses, pursuit schedules, collateral, public relations, social media, market research, metrics, and business development. Partners with practice leaders and design teams to strengthen brand positioning, client engagement, and revenue growth. Develops staff, coordinates communications, manages marketing systems, and builds industry relationships.

Leads business development strategy, market research, strategic client relationships, high-impact pursuits, and business growth initiatives. Coordinates proposals and interviews, partners with practice and marketing leaders on positioning and budgets, represents the firm externally, tracks opportunities in CRM systems, and mentors junior staff. Designs branded environments, signage, and wayfinding systems from research and strategy through documentation, fabrication, and implementation. Analyzes user journeys, develops information hierarchies and design concepts, prepares production artwork and technical documents, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and fabricators, reviews shop drawings, applies accessibility and inclusive design principles, manages project workstreams, and supports junior designers.

Leads firmwide justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy across a global design practice. Advises executives, embeds inclusive practices into talent systems, leadership, operations, and design work, develops accountability metrics, coaches leaders, guides inclusive design, builds external partnerships, and represents the firm in industry initiatives. Requires professional design or related expertise combined with organizational change, cultural intelligence, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Coordinates marketing and business development activities, including proposals, qualification packages, presentations, marketing collateral, media materials, website content, campaigns, events, public relations, and award submissions. Conducts client and market research, ensures brand consistency and accuracy, tracks production deadlines, collaborates with graphics teams, and provides studio administrative support, including vendor coordination and special projects.

Manages interior design and manufacturing-related projects from scope development through closeout, including budgets, schedules, teams, consultants, client communications, risk management, documentation, and contract administration. Leads project delivery, coordinates staffing and resources, reviews design and technical work, supports marketing and client relationships, and mentors staff. Requires proficiency in BIM, Revit, design documentation, building codes, visualization, and environmental analysis tools.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for architectural projects: manage scope, fee, budget, schedules and staffing; coordinate clients and teams; monitor construction administration; control risk; mentor staff; support marketing and client relationships; ensure compliance with project delivery standards.

Contribute creative design work across schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Produce and self-check drawings in Revit and Rhino, coordinate with partners and consultants, participate in reviews and presentations, and pursue professional credentials (ARE/AXP, LEED GA, Living Design accreditation).

Support the Marketing Director and studio leadership by preparing proposals, marketing collateral, social media and website updates, managing project data, researching clients and trends, coordinating events and PR, and ensuring brand-aligned, timely communications across multiple offices.

Supports delivery of corporate interior projects by coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, client communications, and commercial reporting. Contributes to fees, forecasting, invoicing, change orders, proposals, and project pursuits while developing expertise in BIM, digital delivery, and project management systems.
