Perkins&Will is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Singapore to support the studio's marketing and business development initiatives. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of marketing coordination and administrative activities, including the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other business development materials. The position also provides general administrative support to the studio.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional with strong graphic design, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. While the role primarily supports pursuits and projects across Asia, it may also involve occasional collaboration on opportunities in other regions.
Years of Experience: 3+ years (Proven experience supporting proposals and pursuits within AEC or professional services organizations.)

Responsibilities
- Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
- Works with corporate graphics team to maintain a standard of graphic design excellence across all efforts.
- Prepares and coordinates proposals, qualification packages, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Schedules and tracks production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
- Drafts, edits, organizes, and proofs various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces, and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards.
- Research clients, market trends, and background information to contribute to fully understanding the local competitive landscape.
- Supporting media-related efforts: preparing media packages, developing and updating website content, and developing and distributing direct mail campaigns.
- Participates in coordinating events, public relations efforts, advertisements, content for speaking engagements and award submittals.
- Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
- Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
- Support day-to-day studio coordination to ensure smooth workflow, including managing vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supply orders, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provides support to the Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects as needed.
