Design, build and maintain globally-consistent Power BI reports and dashboards. Translate business needs into semantic models and visuals, optimise performance (DAX, Power Query, models), manage deployment pipelines, troubleshoot data issues, support stakeholders with training and documentation, and ensure data quality for finance, operations and senior leadership.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver multi-channel CRM, paid media, events, content and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, data, creative, media), oversee campaign builds, QA, asset delivery, measurement and commercial governance to drive account growth and performance.

Analyze and code AP invoices for multiple agencies, track and chase missing invoices, ensure timely approvals, process monthly AP adjustments, support expense report auditing, prepare monthly P&L account detail analysis, and assist team to meet monthly deadlines.

Manage end-to-end digital production projects (emails, banners, websites, apps), including requirements review, planning, estimating, resource allocation, development and QA oversight, risk management, stakeholder communications, and feasibility guidance for agency partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliveries.
