Lead end-to-end SEO & GEO strategy for client accounts, coordinating technical, content and digital PR teams. Use data (Search Console, Google Analytics) and proprietary AI to identify opportunities, deliver roadmaps, report performance, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, ensure QA, and support new business and profitability tracking.

Operate media planning and buying for client campaigns on a specific channel, negotiate with media partners, ensure on-time campaign delivery and client satisfaction, drive trading teams to meet targets, and use BI and ad tech tools to monitor performance.

Prepare and refine creative materials for print, web, presentations and digital. Produce composite artwork, correct and QA layouts, create print-ready and interactive PDF files, manage file organization and prepress steps, support brand consistency, and prepare presentation materials while meeting deadlines and agency guidelines.

Lead a portfolio of client accounts delivering earned-first communications campaigns, provide senior strategic counsel, grow accounts and new business, manage financials and resourcing, mentor team members, and champion agency culture and cross-functional integrated solutions.

Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, etc.), perform keyword and competitor analysis, control budgets, analyze performance with Google Analytics, run A/B tests, collaborate with creative and development teams, and report campaign results to stakeholders.

Create and edit SEO-optimized website and blog content for client brands, refurbish existing content, collaborate with SEO team, analyze content metrics, and meet tight deadlines.

Lead development of brand, digital and social strategies by uncovering audience, cultural and media insights. Define channels, content approaches, influencer use, write creative briefs, brief teams/agencies, run qualitative and quantitative research, monitor digital trends, and collaborate across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Production, PM and Accounts. Participate in client workshops and presentations.

Client-facing business analyst who gathers and documents requirements, performs process and impact analysis, maps as-is workflows, ensures data handling best practices, supports API integrations and data warehousing, and conducts QA and audits for marketing and campaign initiatives.

Lead day-to-day account operations for assigned clients, deliver strategic recommendations, manage and develop the account team, coordinate with Strategy, Creative and Production, oversee project execution, maintain client relationships, and protect and sell-in creative ideas to drive client business.
