Support daily accounting operations including AP/AR, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, asset and trust reconciliations, financial reporting, audit coordination, and record maintenance.

Operate media planning and buying for client campaigns on a specific channel, negotiate with media partners, ensure on-time campaign delivery and client satisfaction, drive trading teams to meet targets, and use BI and ad tech tools to monitor performance.

Prepare and refine creative materials for print, web, presentations and digital. Produce composite artwork, correct and QA layouts, create print-ready and interactive PDF files, manage file organization and prepress steps, support brand consistency, and prepare presentation materials while meeting deadlines and agency guidelines.

Lead a portfolio of client accounts delivering earned-first communications campaigns, provide senior strategic counsel, grow accounts and new business, manage financials and resourcing, mentor team members, and champion agency culture and cross-functional integrated solutions.
