Coordinate and execute dewatering operations at Sentinel Mine, including pump installation, commissioning, performance monitoring, maintenance scheduling, pipe and borehole work, supplier engagement, procurement, budgeting, and short-to-medium term dewatering planning. Collaborate with engineers, planners and hydrogeologists to optimize pump systems and support wet-weather and sump strategies.

Provide end-to-end HR consultancy to designated departments, support line managers on HR processes (recruitment, performance, grievances, disciplinary actions), manage HRIS and org charts, enable change and development, drive reward and succession planning, monitor exits and absence, and coordinate training and employee engagement to improve business outcomes.

Perform warehouse inventory control and stock handling including cycle counts, binning, stock preparation, and equipment control. Maintain housekeeping, health and safety, and provide support services to end users while operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Support concentrates trading operations by administering contracts and the full trade lifecycle, coordinating global shipments and logistics, managing letters of credit and exposure, performing laytime/freight/demurrage tasks, conducting KYC and compliance checks, and liaising with trade desks, banks, customers and sites to protect revenues and optimize operations.

Provide technical and coordination support for group tailings and assurance: volumetric/capacity assessments, survey and geometry review, deposition and monitoring support, stability/design inputs, consultant deliverable tracking, dashboards, governance implementation, and site continuity across Group, sites, and consultants.

Configure, optimise and support the Workday platform including SKUs, integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS), reports, calculated fields and dashboards. Provide L3/L4 support, troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, ensure data integrity and compliance, and partner with HR, IT and stakeholders across multi‑country environments.
