Develop and implement equipment reliability and critical spares strategies for mobile and ancillary mining equipment. Lead failure reporting, root cause analysis, condition-based maintenance, audits, and performance monitoring. Analyze equipment data, support sites in reliability programs, and produce reliability trend reports to improve availability and reduce unplanned maintenance. Engage with site teams and travel internationally as required.

Lead reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement for HPL, oxygen and acid plants. Plan and execute improvement and shutdown projects, investigate failures with root-cause analysis, support maintenance troubleshooting, liaise with OEMs, set reliability specifications and KPIs, and train and mentor maintenance staff to improve plant availability and reduce operating costs.

Perform warehouse inventory control and stock handling including cycle counts, binning, stock preparation, and equipment control. Maintain housekeeping, health and safety, and provide support services to end users while operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Lead and coordinate engineering delivery for South American projects from Perth, ensuring consistent detailed design, liaising with project teams, supporting construction/commissioning, applying operational and maintenance insights, and driving engineering standards and design reviews.

Lead flotation process strategy and optimisation for copper concentrate production. Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot plant performance using process data (PI), run trials/testwork, implement control philosophies, supervise staff, support commissioning, and drive cost, safety and metallurgical improvements.
