Lead technical marketing for SiC power products: define product requirements, conduct market and competitor research, support design-in with customers, enable GTM and pricing strategies, collaborate with R&D and validation teams, produce technical documentation, and provide third-level customer support alongside sales and FAE teams.

Lead reliability qualification and failure analysis for SiC and GaN power devices and modules. Develop accelerated stress tests, lifetime-acceleration models, and root-cause investigations; correlate electrical, thermal, material, and process data; produce qualification reports and recommendations; collaborate with device, process, packaging, and quality teams.

Lead R&D vision and device/process architecture for LV/MV/HV GaN power devices. Manage foundry partnerships, drive technology roadmap from concept to high-volume production, oversee packaging, reliability, characterization, TCAD and DOE, and recruit/mentor a high-performance R&D team to deliver manufacturable GaN platforms.

Design, build, and test high-voltage power electronics and SiC MOSFET devices and evaluation boards up to 10 kV. Perform semiconductor characterization (DPT, SOA, short-circuit), gate-drive design, simulations (SIMetrix, PLECS), LabVIEW automation, PCB/layout work, and create application notes while supporting FAEs, sales, R&D, and product teams for AI data center power architectures.
