Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for OSAT, test services, packaging, and critical materials. Own commercial negotiations, should-cost modeling, and cost-reduction initiatives. Ensure supply assurance and risk management, develop capacity and allocation strategies, and embed procurement in cross-functional planning (R&D, manufacturing, test). Lead R&D vision and device/process architecture for LV/MV/HV GaN power devices. Manage foundry partnerships, drive technology roadmap from concept to high-volume production, oversee packaging, reliability, characterization, TCAD and DOE, and recruit/mentor a high-performance R&D team to deliver manufacturable GaN platforms.

Lead GaN device testing, characterization, and gate-drive optimization. Design and validate evaluation PCBs, perform device- and system-level simulations, produce application notes, and provide technical enablement. Collaborate across R&D, marketing, quality, and operations to support customer programs and product development.

Provide frontline and escalated end-user IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; manage incidents via ticketing system; administer AD/Entra ID and endpoint management; image and deploy devices; maintain asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and compliance; identify improvements and share knowledge across IT.

Lead R&D for next-generation high-voltage SiC power devices from concept to volume manufacturing. Drive device design, process integration, characterization, reliability qualification, TCAD/SPICE model calibration, and cross-functional coordination with foundries and packaging teams.

Lead architect for a centralized Sales Ops Data Center: build cloud data pipelines integrating CRM (D365/Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle), enforce data governance, create automated reporting and Power BI dashboards, deploy AI-driven data solutions, and serve as the technical liaison for global sales operations.

Lead electrical characterization of SiC and GaN power devices (MOSFETs, JFETs, modules) across temperature, voltage, and switching conditions. Develop and execute static and dynamic test plans, perform stress and robustness testing, analyze data, automate test methodologies, correlate wafer/package/system performance, and provide technical reports and design recommendations.

Design, build, and test high-voltage power electronics and SiC MOSFET devices and evaluation boards up to 10 kV. Perform semiconductor characterization (DPT, SOA, short-circuit), gate-drive design, simulations (SIMetrix, PLECS), LabVIEW automation, PCB/layout work, and create application notes while supporting FAEs, sales, R&D, and product teams for AI data center power architectures.
